  We were vacationing at Pensacola beach and we ventured off the peninsula for lunch when we passed this place on our way in. Best idea we had of the trip!! The burgers were sooo yummy. Everything is made fresh with order. The burgers were so thick and juicy! The extras like bacon was crisp. The toppings were very fresh, the tomato tastes like garden tomato! We had fries and onion rings, both were seasoned and cooked to perfection!
  
  We met Shawn the GM ,very friendly and customer service first!
  
  This is a few minutes drive off the peninsula but totally WORTH IT!!

  Pros:  The staff was super friendly and the wings were good
  
  Cons: It was super cluttered,  they had things stashed in a hallway and overall the whole restaurant looked like it needed a good cleaning.  The burger tasted charred and flavorless.  The prices were also really high.  I am okay with paying a premium for a good burger but these really missed the mark.

  It's better than 'fast-food' - it more closely resembles 'fast-casual' and speaking of that it actually looks inside like it's channeling a 5 Guys. Very similar decor and the fries are much the same. But is it tasty? Kinda, okay it was good going in - an hour later it was kinda rumbly and fiery in the tummy but, it settled in. -- The burgers are pre-made patties pulled up from a cold box to the side of the ovens. They were out of the infamous 'Cubans' - though the counter staff let slip 'They'd sold all the ones they pre-made the night before. Are Cubans typically pre-made? Like hours or the night before?
  
  While the burger was tasty, I didn't like seeing it pulled from a stack of perfectly formed pre-made ones.
  
  The fries, if you like them at the 5guys, you'll like 'em here. I prefer them crispy.
  
  The staff was friendly, well 1 out of 2. 1 was super friendly the second never spoke.

  Ladies be warned!  Military don't spend your money here. We will never be back!  The food was tasty but we what my wife witnessed and experience was so disgusting and upsetting to her we will not be back.  An older black man working behind the counter was licking his lips and make sexual jesters toward young ladies eating at the restaurant.  He licked his lips and made grunts towards young ladies as he stared at  young ladies  rear ends as they walked out the door.  Hey, I spend 30 years in the military and this has nothing to do with race. This man thinks the restaurant is his only person strip club.  To the Manager, send this guy home for good and tell him if he wants to act this way go to Sammy's!    Pathetic, disrespectful, and disturbing.

  I love steak burger! Their meat is fresh and seasoned to perfection. Their fries are nice and crispy. I ordered the double burger and it was huge. I can't imagine what the triple burger looks like. I have zero complaints about their food or service. Everything was excellent!
